Simple but amazing.
- Spaghetti or pasta
- Purple sprouting broccoli, or normal if you like
- A red chilli
- A large clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Parmesan
- Toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- Cook the pasta (to perfection if possible)
- A couple of minutes before it's ready, add the broccoli to the water
- Meanwhile, in a frying pan, warm the oil and add the garlic and chilli. Let it sizzle very gently
- Drain the pasta and broccoli and return to the hot pan
- Add the garlic-chilli-oil and some salt and pepper
- Serve with grated parmesan and seeds (the seeds go on last)
