Simple but amazing.

  1. Cook the pasta (to perfection if possible)
  2. A couple of minutes before it's ready, add the broccoli to the water
  3. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, warm the oil and add the garlic and chilli. Let it sizzle very gently
  4. Drain the pasta and broccoli and return to the hot pan
  5. Add the garlic-chilli-oil and some salt and pepper
  6. Serve with grated parmesan and seeds (the seeds go on last)
