These are from Mouse & de Lotz, and are nothing short of spectacular.

Melt the butter and sugar over a low heat and add the dates. Gently let it all soften together.

In another bowl, mix the digestives, cocoa and coconut.

In another bowl, over a pan of boiling water, melt the chocolate, like y'do.

Mix it all together until it's all mixed together.

Spoon onto a lined baking tray. Let it cool, then put it in the fridge.

Dust the top with more cocoa powder, then chop into bars.

Resist the urge to eat them all in one go, because it's not as much fun in the long run as it seems it might be at the time.
